What WELLIN provides
WELLIN Pro International Health, operated by Wu Lin Biotech Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong), provides non-medical professional support: organising records, communicating with hospitals, booking appointments, and helping with travel and accommodation arrangements.
What WELLIN does not provide
WELLIN is not a hospital or a medical practice. We do not diagnose, give medical advice, recommend treatment or guarantee any medical result, hospital acceptance, appointment date or visa decision. Hospitals and their licensed physicians are responsible for medical care.
Fees
Professional service fees are set out on the fees page and confirmed in writing before payment. Hospital treatment costs are paid by the patient directly to the hospital. Remote consultation prices include the hospital's consultation fee and the WELLIN professional service fee; the breakdown is provided before payment.
Travel arrangements
We help you obtain the hospital's invitation letter. Visa decisions are made by the Chinese embassy or consulate. Flights, hotels and visa application services are arranged through licensed travel and visa partners.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate and complete information, tell us promptly about changes in the patient's condition, and follow the hospital's instructions. If the patient's condition is urgent, seek local medical care first.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund terms are given in writing before you pay.
