Prices may be adjusted. Your final price is confirmed in writing before booking.

If you continue and sign an agreement for treatment services, the WELLIN professional service fee portion of your remote consultation price is credited in full against the professional service fee for those services. Hospital consultation charges are not part of this credit.

How medical fees are paid

Hospital treatment costs are paid by you directly to the hospital. For remote consultations, the hospital's consultation fee is included in the price above and shown separately in your breakdown.

Refunds

Refund terms are given in writing before you pay.

Costs not covered

Flights, visa fees, accommodation, local transport, interpreters for a full hospital stay (unless agreed) and a companion's costs are not included unless your written agreement says so. We can help you estimate them.
